Managing networks and computers for our customers means we work with network cabling every day.  We've learned the hard way there is a lot more to cabling their stringing wires from one place to the other.  Special equipment is required both in the way of tools and in parts that need to be installed on the customer's site.  Just because you own a punch down tool doesn't mean you know how to lay out and cable a computer or telephone network.
